By becoming a member of Girls Swinging Upstate, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to special clinic pricing, members-only events, and social activities not open to the public.

While we welcome young adults to participate in our clinics, which have no specific age requirement, our membership is primarily designed for women 21 and older. Events involving adult activities will be open exclusively to participants of legal age.

Club ownership is not required. Most courses provide clubs for use during clinics as part of the instruction, though in some cases, a small rental fee may apply.
